The Donation Process

Identify the Food to Be Donated
Choose wholesome, surplus food that is safe and unexpired.

Safely Package & Label Food
Package food securely and label it with the contents and date.

Carefully Weigh Donated Product
Weigh donated food to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
4
Properly Chill, Then Freeze
Chill and freeze donated food in the provided Cambro® pans.
5
Document the Quantity
Record the quantity of donated product on the log and hold it for pickup.
6
Submit Logs to FDC
Submit your completed donation logs to Food Donation Connection for processing.
