Text Message Terms and Conditions

Food Donation Connection LLC (“FDC”, “our”, “we” or “us”) offers various text message programs for customers to collect and obtain information about their food donations.

Enrolling in a text message program

Once you enroll in a text message program, FDC will send you an initial text message. We will ask you to reply "YES" to that message to confirm that you would like to receive text messages from FDC. By replying YES to that message, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that text messages will be sent to the mobile phone number that you provide to FDC. Such messages may include information about your food rescue program. Once you enroll, the frequency of text message we send to you will vary. You will typically receive text messages when we have information, reminders or updates for you about your food rescue program and/or other information.

FDC may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you. By subscribing to a text message program, you give your consent to FDC to use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to your cell phone.

Message and data rates and availability

FDC does not apply any additional charge for its test message programs; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

The FDC text message programs may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of service changes made by your wireless carrier.

FDC reserves the right to terminate any text message service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

Unsubscribing from a text message program

To stop receiving text messages, you can reply "STOP". Following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one final message from FDC confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You must unsubscribe from each text message program separately.


If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just reply "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
